  Also failure 3 days after it being returned and apparently i cant 'prove' it was them (despite them having the part in question out). First they denied they touched it, and only when questioned why i was charged for it did they change their mind. Very unprofessional.

  Unbelievable lack of service and respect - has my friends car for over 7 weeks - took the entire engine out without asking and never keeps customers informed. Should not be in business! Go elsewhere

  Very lucky to have Flying Spanner as our local mechanic. They offer really outstanding service at a fair price and explain all their work. They have been servicing my cars for years and I have always been happy. They have rescued me and helped me out when I have needed urgent help with my vehicles. Donovan and all the staff at the Flying Spanner do a great job and their customer service is excellent. Thanks guys !

  The flying spanner completed a 75000km service on my 2014 Colorado7 (4x4). The service cost was cheaper than Holden, I prompted them on oils they used etc. and Ben was open to discuss and I was happy with the response. They carried out the service as requested and supplied a detailed service sheet, they made me aware of a few minor defaults to which they recommended referring the vehicle to Holden as its still under warranty.

  If you want to spend over 6500 on a repair to eventually be told it was your starter motor, these are the guys for you. BTW car started fine and drove fine when presented to them, with zero history of starting issues. Repairs eventually exceeded value of the car.
