  I had a family illness i needed to go back to Tasmania from Perth on the 14th October 2015, as i was under a lot of stress that day, I phoned Flight Centre online and requested a quote, which i received a call back from Ruby Wallace, All i can say, professional and empathising, totally helpful beyond her means, i totally beleive, Ruby was absolutely fantastic,once explaining the situation and what i needed etc, Ruby was onto it straight away, and being a single mum and taking my 3 children also, she found us the most affordable flights even though we needed too leave that evening, she even saved us a huge amount flying into Launceston instead of Devonport, we had a quick stop in Melbourne also, which with 3 tired children was amazing, she also organised a hire car, insurance etc...unfortunately there was a slight dilemma and communication breakdown on i think both parts with times and unfortunately had missed those flights and needed to pay again through another booking unfortunately to get on an urgent plane, as it is a family illness, the money at the time wasnt the issue, it was getting us home to be by my families side as soon as we could arrange flights, anyway, whatever the outcome of that slight hiccup, i just needed to say, i have now dealt with also Jade and Brooke as Ruby is on holidays and i cannot fault any of the professionalism the 3 ladies have taken and following things up etc...I would without a doubt use their services from now on regardless, and will recommend the Yanchep Flight Centre to family and friends from now on, I can not thankyou enough ladies, my mum was nearly dying and my 42 year old brother was diagnosed with an agressive and inoperable cancer aswell , and when you are totally distracted with these things, Ruby was truley amazing...I hope she enjoyed her wonderful holiday etc...and will be in contact very soon...kind regards Susan :-)
